Subdivision + boundary realignments
As land in Melbourne becomes more precious, owners are becoming more creative in how they divide and use that land.
Converting a single block of land into two, or more, lots can be a great way to maximise an investment and stretch resources.
From converting a rural zoned block into smaller residential blocks to developing and splitting a developed property to managing a not in common ownership subdivision— our property lawyers can work with your surveyor to get your subdivision registered.
