Once we have all the documents and information we need, we’ll assign a lawyer to your job and get to work. In most cases, your lawyer will give you a call to say g’day and walk you through the next steps.

If we need funds to cover the cost of certificates or other disbursements, we’ll make arrangements to have that paid upfront. For the remainder, we’ll get paid at settlement.

Meet our team
Our property team is made up of a mix of experienced contract review and conveyancing solicitors, property lawyers and lodging experts. We are firm negotiators and feisty advocates who work together to make the sale and settlement process as efficient, smooth and stress-free as possible.
Ros and Laura provide initial pre-purchase advice on contracts and review all sale contracts before they are sent to the agents.
Shelley, our Conveyancing Manager, oversees all conveyancing files from the time a contract is signed and signs off all settlement workspaces.
Karen, Deanna, Alanna, Hannah, Monalisa, Sarah, Bethany or Barbara will be assigned as your go-to person from the time the contract is signed, calling in for our Principal Lawyer Laura's help if any broader strategic advice is needed or for help with any complex stamping, lodging or subdivisions.
